Terms of Collaboration

Mot.lu offers 1 to 2 interviews prior to the delivery of

the project, and, depending on its scope, an exchange during the collaboration with the client as well as a

debrief at the end of the contract. In return, the client

will communicate the sources, references, basic documents, etc., necessary for carrying out the work.

Mot.lu then submits an offer to the client for approval.

Quality Criteria

Mot.lu subscribes to the following quality criteria:

• as to form: spelling, syntax, turns of phrase,          subject-verb agreements, relative pronouns,   vocabulary variation, etc.

• as for the content: coherence, logical sequence              of the text, structuring, etc.​

Rates

Hourly rate of €80, or:

Copyediting and proofreading (spelling, relative

pronouns, verb agreements, as well as syntax, structure, 

vocabulary, logical sequence, coherence): 5 - 8 c per word

Session moderation: €600

EN-FR translation: 25 - 35 c per word

These rates are indicative and may vary depending on the

nature, complexity, scale, and urgency of the project.
